Pick-up and return of car within Sarajevo is free of charge too. Car delivery to the locations in other cities of Bosnia and Herzegovina is possible by the special agreement with Feel Bosnia and is going to be charged according to the rates to certain areas. It is possible to hire a driver with the vehicle and the service is additionally priced.

General information/Terms of use
- Car rental is regulated by the Rental agreement
- Minimum three years of driving experience is required
- Vehicles are rented for one day minimum (24 hours) and it starts from the moment of the car pick-up
- Extra hour is charged as the third of daily rent
- Fuel costs, repair of tires, fines for traffic violations, parking and garage costs are by the user
- Damage to third person are covered by the regulations of the insurance company
- In case of damage to the vehicle, partial theft or theft in general, the user pays a franchise unless it has concluded the purchase of insurance. The user is obliged to notify the local police all the damage and theft in the shortest time.
- Fuel is not included, therefore the customer must return the full tank of fuel. If the client does not return a full tank of fuel, will be charged with 5€ for services of refueling and also the amount to supplement the reservoir.
- Driver and passengers are secured with 5.000 € in the case of death, and 10.000 € in the case of permanent disability.
- Deposit is taken at least equal to the agreed rent plus 50% and for the franchise if there is no agreed deduction
